Sales InternSales Intern

We are looking for a part time, temporary person to make outbound business to business phone calls.  The goal of the call is to qualify the organization and schedule an appointment for our sales representative.

The qualified candidate will possess some prior sales or telephone experience or be a student of business or related field.  You must have a good phone voice and be willing to work hard and be able to accept a lot of rejection.

This position is for 10-20 hours per week during business hours.  The hours worked are very flexible.  This will be an hourly pay structure with bonuses for qualified appointments scheduled.

CRM Technical Leader:

Position Overview: Resolv, Inc., located in Appleton, WI, is seeking diverse technical support and development leader.  This leader will be experienced in troubleshootingand/or developing CRM solutions for our client base.  This leader will be experienced in leading and coaching a team over time. The person in this position will spend approximately 25% of their time facilitating the management of projects and prioritization for the technical team.  The rest of their time will be spent troubleshooting and developing as a member of the team.

Support of SalesLogix and SugarCRM Software: Provide phone, remote and on-site support to customer DBA and IT staff experiencing problems with their CRM software applications. Research source of errors, resolve problems and recommend program changes. Answer client inquiries in regard to specific software such as SalesLogix, SugarCRM, CRM Utility programs, database and 3rd party applications. Help in teaching procedures and answer all client requests for information. Correction of client technical problems including those that may impact data files on client systems.

Development of Sage SalesLogix and SugarCRM Software: Participate in the design and creation of forms. Design data imports and exports of related data. Create custom reports.  Extensive knowledge of SQL administration and programming andExtensive knowledge of Visual Basic is required.  Experience with Crystal Reports, C#, CRM databases, KnowledgeSync and web development and/or mobile technology is helpful

CRM Developer:

Position Overview: Resolv, Inc., located in Appleton, WI,is seeking a diverse technical developer experienced in developing and customizing CRM solutions for our client base.  Provide friendly phone, remote and on-site support for our clients using various CRM applications. Investigate and resolve client application problems. Assist in the sales support cycle, training, planning and consulting of new installations, implementations and upgrades.
