We are excited to announce our next seminar series: Lean / CRM. It is a look into Lean Office, and how Lean can help you to improve efficiency and eliminate waste in your office processes. Nothing could be more needed in a down economy, right?

Even though the term Lean has become a regular part of business vocabulary, it is apparent that many people do not truly understand what it is, or the role it plays in their organizational strategy of excellence. In this seminar, we will dig into what Lean Office is, and discuss practical ways to implement Lean thinking within your organization.
