Angela Talano

Running Resolv’s day-to-day internal operations is the responsibility of Angela Talano. She coordinates the Resolv’s team’s schedules, manages the scheduling of customer projects and helps everyone stay on task to ensure project milestones are met and customer expectations are exceeded. Angela works closely with co-owner, Luke Russell, to implement Resolv’s strategic plans.

As a LEAN Office certified facilitator, Angela helps customers evaluate their operations and workflow and makes recommendation for process improvement. “I help identify areas in a customer’s business that can be modified to meet current standards,” said Angela.  “This ensures that when a customer implements a new technology solution that the process also is updated and wasted time and effort are eliminated. We work with customers on a regular basis to continuously refine processes in all aspects of their business.”

Angela conducts most of the end-user application education. “I get tremendous satisfaction from educating people,” said Angela. “To help customers see the possibilities of what process improvement or technology can do for them is very rewarding. I feel that educating our customers helps them to have better lives and be more successful.” 

Prior to Resolv, Angela worked in the optical industry for 11 years, first as a registered optometric assistant and then in outside sales. Being in outside sales, she has an appreciation for remote employees and how they can feel disconnected from the home office. She served in the Wisconsin Army National Guard for eight years as a First Lieutenant Signal Officer where she handled all of the of radio and technology networking. The military gave Angela a lot of experience with leadership and organizational skills. Her last role in the military was serving as the Executive Officer of a company where she was responsible for all logistics and operations associated with running the company. 

Angela has a Bachelor’s degree in Management, a Masters in Organizational Leadership and Quality and is LEAN Office certified. Angela also holds several SalesLogix certifications. She serves on the board of the Sage Leadership Academy Association (SLAA), where she helps guide the direction of the association and develop educational opportunities for membership. She also is a member of the Information Technology Alliance (ITA). Angela teaches English to Spanish speakers through the Fox Valley Literacy Council, serves as a mentor and is an animal lover. She participates in triathlons and enjoys reading books on a wide range of topics.
