Indicators that you may need to look for a new vendor partner:

• They see CRM as a software and not a business solution
• The consultant you work with is also who you call for support (they are often unavailable because they are working at a different client site)
• The capabilities of your vendor is limited:
  • They do not have the in-house capabilities to do your development
  • They are unable to help you to become as self-sufficient as you want to be
  • There is a lack of innovation (they don’t have their own best practice bundles)
  • They rely heavily on many third party firms for assistance
